Your puffer has tiny yellowish spots: loss of color; there is rubbing or scratching against the bottom.

The puffer has Velvet or another related protozoan disease.  Treat with Maracide or Coppersafe.
Additionally, use Maracyn-two or Tetracycline Tablets or TriSulfa to prevent secondary infections from bacteria.
