Does your puffer have greyish-white stringy material covering most of its body?  Does it have white or grey patches?

If the answer is yes, please read below.  If the answer is no, please [ start over ].
 
 
 
 


The puffer has Columnaris, or "body fungus".  This is actually a bacterial infection and not a true fungus.  Treat with Maracyn.
